- You will need to KNOW your login USERNAME and PASSWORD, not just have it saved in a password keeper. If you don't KNOW your USERNAME, call Treasury Management at 608.250.5558. If you don't KNOW your PASSWORD, use the "Forgot Password" link to reset it and make a note of it in a safe place.
- The contact information including EMAIL that we have in our system will need to be accurate. Please follow these steps to review your EMAIL and if necessary contact us to update it.
- Log into online banking at www.oak.bank.
- Click on "Profile" in the top right corner.
- Verify your EMAIL
- If you need to update your EMAIL, please call Treasury Management at 608.250.5558 or email us at treasurymanagement@oak.bank.
