To access Positive Pay, click the Accounts dropdown and select Risk Management Services.

Your pop-up blocker may be enabled and you will need to turn it off.
Google Chrome - Pop-up Blocker
- Stay on the webpage you're having trouble accessing.
- Click the View site information icon.
- Select Site settings.
- Under permissions, find Pop-ups and redirects line and select Allow in the dropdown menu on the right.
Microsoft Edge - Pop-up Blocker
- Stay on the webpage you're trying to resolve pop-ups for.
- Click the Lock icon shown in the URL bar.
- Click the Permissions for this site option.
- Find the Pop-ups and redirects option and ensure Allow is selected.
Alternatively, you can:
Click the three vertical dots in the upper right corner. Select Settings. Select Privacy and security from the left-hand menu. Open Site settings. Select Pop-ups and redirects. Enter the website address and press Add.
Safari - Pop-up Blocker
- Open Safari.
- From the Safari menu, choose Settings (or Preferences on older versions).
- Click the Websites tab at the top of the window.
- Scroll down the left-hand sidebar and select Pop-Up Windows.
- Locate the When visiting other website dropdown menu at the bottom right and select Allow. You can adjust setting for specific sites you currently have open.
